Leadership and instruction understood as relational conditions-making rather than neutral information delivery. The host is always part of the modelling environment and shapes what the receiving system can safely perceive and update.

The condition in which the default mode network sustains a surface narrative while the substrate operates from an increasingly narrowed and uninhabited ground. This thinning does not appear on standard dashboards.

The reflective room remaining once state, salience, memory, physiology, habit and environment have already shaped the experience. A limited margin rather than an abstract executive capacity.

The disciplined maintenance of interpretive openness when something appears consequential but remains incompletely specified, thereby preserving optionality in the presence of strong signals.

Interval

Somatic Signal Gap

[SSG]

The interval in which meaningful change is already underway inside the organism before it becomes visible in metrics, imaging, wearable data or self-report. A critical consolidation window.

  • Identifies a biologically active phase that looks quiet in the data.
  • Encourages protective conditions during reorganization.
  • Reduces re-injury and regression after disruption.

[SA]

The variable distance between stored capacity and lived reachability, measured by whether a person can mobilize what they already contain under genuine conditions of load, fatigue, and evaluation.
